If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Please contact our customer support team first at support@trailtk.com before returning any items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., pet grooming tools, beds, or feeding accessories that have been used)

Damaged or wrong items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
